Rion done a great job finding the houses that meet our requirements and found us a great home in Dublin. We appreciate all the work that Cutler Realty did and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for looking for a house.

Her Market knowledge allowed Alli to set a correct price that was appreciated by potential buyers as feedback strongly supported that the pricing was correct. The pricing in combination with her approach to having a house show ready helped drive success.

Alli’s client network is extensive and she had a client in mind weeks before we went on the market. She brought the buyer to us, we got asking price and didn’t have to live through those dreaded showings. We closed and had the movers packing within 3 weeks of the buyer seeing the house- a week before we were scheduled to go on the market!
